- In addition to Shannon's big secret about being a thief, she is revealed to be an Atheist in this episode. However, she becomes reprogrammed by the end of the episode.
- The movie Wild, is referenced to multiple times throughout this episode.
- Shannon gets a job in this episode, working for a pretzel store called Tilly Ramsay's.
- Tilly Ramsay's is not actually a real restaurant. It's a fictional restaurant, invented for the show. The title of the restaurant is named after Gordon Ramsay's daughter, Matilda Ramsay, who is a cook who makes food, which of course, includes pretzels.
- At the end of the episode, when Jimmy is excited to see Reese Witherspoon naked, he says "Alright, it's time to see Reese's pieces." This is a reference to the candy, Reese's Pieces.
